Refund Eligibility

Within 24 Hours: To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us via email at support@tradeanger.com within 24 hours of your order confirmation to request a refund for a digital product.

Please note that all eligible refunds are partial and subject to deductions to cover non-recoverable administrative, platform, and marketing costs.

Refund Calculation and Deductions

If your refund request is approved, the final refunded amount will be calculated by subtracting the following non-refundable fees from your original purchase price:

1. Transaction & Platform Fees: A total of 9.5% of the original purchase price will be deducted. This is comprised of:

   • Platform Fee: 2%

   • Graphy Fee: 5%

   • Payment Gateway Fee (Razorpay): 2.5%

2. Marketing & Acquisition Cost: A flat fee of ₹600 will be deducted to cover a portion of the average advertising costs associated with customer acquisition.

Therefore, your final refund amount will be: [Original Purchase Price] – [9.5% of Purchase Price] – [₹600] = Final Refund Amount

After 24 Hours

We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods (“digital products”) once 24 hours have passed from the order confirmation.
